Things You Need to Know
We founded Pick 'n Tricks with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals happy loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any further questions.
What is your returns policy? We do not accept returns due to health reasons.We will only accept returns if the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival . In this case the Bag must NOT be opened and remain sealed/ how you received it. You must contact us before returning any parcels and we may ask for photo evidence if necessary.
Can I track my order? You should get an email once your parcel has been posted- this will contain a Hermes or Royal Mail Tracking Number.
How long will it be until I received my order? Packs are made up fresh so we are currently working towards a 3 day order processing and turn around, then add on delivery which should be approx 3-5 working days (Please bare in mind this is not 100% guaranteed during Covid-19).
Let's talk COVID-19- We are a family run business, currently working and processing orders from home. Therefore Risk to our workers is extremely LOW. All treats are handled under strict guidelines and packaged up only once a deep clean is complete. Gloves are worn at all times and where necessary masks also. We are keeping a close eye on government guidelines, our suppliers and the delivery companies we use- should anything change either with our health or services during this period we will close temporarily until it is safe and possible to reopen. We would keep all customers posted if this was to arise.
What do I do if my Dog has allergies? Contact us first to discuss. Ingredients are stated on the back of packs or in the Product bio. However we advise you speak to us before ordering and feeding your dog the treats if you are unsure, as we currently handle most types and flavours of dog treats.
GDPR- What will you do with my information? All personal details provided such as Name, Address, Emails and Telephone Numbers will NOT be shared with third parties. This information is for Pick 'n Tricks use only. Name, address, email and Number (if provided) will be used for delivery use only and maybe printed on the front of your parcel solely for shipping purposes. Our shipping company is fully compliant of GDPR. We will send you email updates and offers if you have signed up to the website, but you can request to be removed at any point.

Please do not DM us on Instagram- we don't always see the message due to the traffic on the account and/or its extremely hard to manage your problem and resolve via Social Media.
